Cut a Rock Index and Value List (Roblox)

Cut a Rock on Roblox tracks an Index of materials you cut out of rocks. This partial catalog covers seven published materials, with rarity, Room 1 origin, and separate base and observed sale prices.

The seven named materials

AllThingsHow is the only guide that names sale prices. The starter guide gives base prices and also shows a boosted Petalstone observation of $5.73K. The November 5 upgrade guide gives later observed prices for three Uncommon materials and says the sale amount appears to grow with your total cash. I keep base and observed in different columns. I do not know whether the observed Petalstone price of 5,730 already includes the Day 1 boost.

Old Button is written as “1.2K with one Copper”. That phrase is ambiguous. The cell stays as the guide wrote it.

The public game description says finishing Index entries unlocks auras, and that some anvils ask for Index progress. The 200x anvil pass says it skips a requirement of 24 Index entries. That 24 is on the official pass text and on newtoplay. It does not tell me how many materials exist.

Published Index names. Empty cells have no public source.

Auras

The official Roblox description says completing the Index unlocks powerful auras. EarlyWiki and newtoplay independently repeat this progression link. Their public descriptions establish the mechanic but do not supply named aura rows, effects, or per-aura requirements.

The 24 Index entries in the 200x Anvil pass are an anvil requirement. They are not an aura count. A named aura catalog will be added when two independent public sources identify the same names, as required by this site’s editorial policy.

What is still missing

AllThingsHow says each rarity has five materials, and that the named material examples cover Common and Uncommon. Seven names are not ten. The remaining three names needed to fill those two five-item sets are not in either article. Higher rarities are not named at all. Nova Prism is a rare rock, not one of these Index materials, so it lives on the rare-rocks page.

EarlyWiki’s Index article agrees that the Index exists and that auras hang off it. It does not add a material name I can put in the table. Until a second source lists the missing names, those rows stay absent.

Questions

Is this the full Cut a Rock value list?

No. It is every material name and price I can point at. A full Index is not public.

Why is Petalstone listed twice in spirit?

2,860 is the starter guide’s base price. 5,730 is a later observed sale. They might be the same rock under a boost or under the “price grows with cash” note. I did not collapse them.

How many Index entries does the 200x anvil need?

The pass text says 24, and the pass lets you skip that requirement. The Index counts for the cheaper anvils are not published.
